By placing an order with ‘Carabella’ you accept our terms and conditions.


Carabella will of course make every effort to get your order processed within 10 working days. Delays may happen for which it is not in our control. Carabella cannot be held responsible for any form of delay in the delivery of your item or any failure to deliver items within the estimated timescale of 10 working days plus delivery.


The price you pay is the price shown on our website at the time we receive your order. If there happens to be an error in the listed price of the item you have ordered from Carabella – we will let you know and reconfirm the price with you. In this case you do have the option to cancel your order. We only accept payments by Paypal, bank transfer or cheque. The cheque has to be cleared prior to processing your order. Full payment must be accepted prior to processing or dispatching your order. All prices shown on our site are exclusive of delivery charges.


We only want the best for your treasures so we always inspect our items carefully before dispatch, but defects can happen during manufacturing. If you are not happy with your item, please contact Carabella straight away. We can only accept a claim if it is faulty. When returning at your own cost – please make sure you send this secure, including proof of postage, and return it in the original packaging. Carabella cannot give a refund or exchange for items that have been damaged or lost in transit back to our workshop.


It is not possible to cancel orders for custom made items unless they are faulty.
