Carabella Digital Gift Card - Terms and Conditions

Voucher Validity
The Carabella Digital Gift Card is valid for the price stated on the voucher at the time of purchase. The voucher can only be used for purchases of goods or services offered by Carabella Gifts.

Expiration
The Carabella Digital Gift Card is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. After 12 months, the voucher will expire and can no longer be redeemed. No extensions or refunds will be issued after the expiration date.

Non-Refundable
This voucher is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit. Once purchased, the voucher cannot be returned, and no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

Redemption
The Gift Card can only be redeemed at Carabella Gifts and must be used within the validity period. If the value of the purchase exceeds the voucher amount, the difference must be paid using an alternative method.

Unused Gift Card Balance
If the value of the hamper(s) chosen is less than the total value of the gift card, the remaining balance will not be refunded or returned to the purchaser. The full value of the gift card must be used in a single transaction. No cash or store credit will be issued for unused portions.

Changes to Terms                                                                            Carabella Gifts reserves the right to amend or update these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website.

Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Carabella Gifts operates.
